Quality Inn Ottawa Near Starved Rock State Park

The location was convenient and perfect, near to many restaurants, and other malls. My room with microwave and fridge was fairly quiet and absolutely perfect.

There is a wide array of GOOD food for breakfast. The rooms are neat and updated with fridge, handicap accesible shower plus the bedroom. The place has good location in a very quite area. A 5-minute walk will take you to Dunkin', where you can eat.

Comfortable king room with a clean and cool atmosphere. The bed and pillows provided a restful sleep, and the tv offered a great selection of channels. Breakfast included well-liked pancakes, a nice touch. It would have been better to have extra towels readily available in the room, and the shower pressure was a bit weak. A good experience for an overnight stay.

The bed and pillows were really comfy, and our room was super clean and cool during our stay. I loved relaxing by the pool and using the fitness center to unwind after a long day. A couple more options at breakfast would have been nice, but overall, I had a great experience! 😊

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, friendly 24-hour reception, and free parking. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost wallet during my first stay. I'm coming back for another city trip soon!

The location was convenient, easy to find, and close to a Starbucks and Cracker Barrel, a huge plus for my girlfriend and me. The fitness center looked nice, but I didn't have time to use it. Breakfast options included waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausages. It was a typical motel breakfast, but the area was clean and well-maintained. Some issues came up though. Check-in staff could use some training on greetings and providing info. Breakfast area was a bit chaotic at times with dirty tables and unattended sides. A couple of extra towels in the room would've been great, though I could grab more at the front desk if needed. The price felt competitive for the quality. Next time, I just hope to see more attentive staff during busy hours.

The exercise room was clean, the wi-fi was fast, and I enjoyed the comfy bed. They even allowed me to bring my bike into the room overnight, super convenient for my trip. Plus, it had an easy access location off the highway.

We had a chill 2-night stay. The staff was super friendly, especially the guy at the front desk who helped us with room issues. The room was clean and comfy, and breakfast was pretty good, especially the waffles! Just wish the fitness center had more equipment.
